Return and Exchange
Return and exchange are applicable for the following reasons:
1. Major Manufacturing defect.
2. Incorrect Item.
3. One time size exchange (Bottoms only)
Defective Items
- QC will be done before postage. Unfortunately, if still, any defects found, we sincerely apologize for that.
- One to one exchange is allowed for the same item, same design and same color.
- Customer shall bear the return shipping cost.
- Defect in garments are defined as, faulty zippers, dirt/stain (>1 cm), uncommon torn, broken button, open seam.
Exchange in Size
- One-time exchange in size is allowed if the size does not fit.
- Customers shall bear the shipping fee of both ways (return postage and redelivery postage).
Proof of defect
- Please notify us on defective/ wrong items within 5 working days after receiving.
- Do not return the items without informing us.
- Items must be shipped back to us within 5 working days (Malaysia) and 7 working days (Singapore)
- We will not accept any return/exchange after the period stated above.
