Backorder

• Once ready stocks sold out items will be listed as backorder.
• Items which are not stated 'ready stock' are backorder items. 
• ♡ This is to prevent inventory wastage as we keep every batch of production small and limited ♡ 

How long does it take?

• Order will be proceeded as soon as we receive your payment, and you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Backorders will take around 9-14 working days
• In stock will be dispatched in 1-3 working days
• Working days are defined as Monday to Friday, except weekends and public holidays 
• We will keep you updated before the postage through email/ instagram.

What if my order consists of ready stocks and backorder items?

• We will send your items altogether after backorder arrives.
• If you wish to receive your ready stocks first you may place a separate order for ready stocks and backorder items.

What if I have some queries or need a change in my mailing details? What if I want to add on some items to my existing order?
